These Terms govern your use of RecruitingJourney during our closed beta. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Beta product
RecruitingJourney is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed. Guidance provided in the app — including from our AI advisor — is informational and should not be treated as a guarantee of recruiting outcomes, offers, eligibility, or admissions decisions.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You're responsible for activity in your account.
- Parents are responsible for use by minors under their supervision.
Acceptable use
- No spamming coaches, programs, or other users.
- No impersonating a coach, athlete, or program.
- No uploading content you don't have the right to share.
- No attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
AI guidance
Our AI features analyze information you provide. AI can be wrong. Always verify important details (deadlines, NCAA/eligibility rules, school requirements) with primary sources or qualified advisors.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecruitingJourney is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the beta.
